I’m balancing with another job in the early years. Keep coming around and I’ll go exclusively with Alpenglow. Thanks for your cooperation. Plan on leaving gear 5 days. Rush jobs will have a additional fee or rejected.
Value For All We have noticed bike service getting expensive in Colorado. We want to offer a price that I would pay for the services mentioned. All tune-ups are guaranteed for at least 5 days. Bring it back if you still notice problems. Drop me an email first. I will help you maintain your bike AND winter skis or snowboards. Come on over to Alpenglow.

WE HAVE THE WAX
I was always one of those skiers who figured if it was powder, ski tune didn’t really matter because everything’s moving anyway, if it was hardpack it only mattered if the edges were burred enough to grate cheese, waxes were full of nasty chemicals, and in Colorado I was bound to just hit another rock soon anyway. So, I would tune my skis once a year, at most, around mid-season when the snowpack finally got fat. Then I found myself riding a pair of skis with recent technology that involved not only external shape and obvious flex, but internal materials that strategically modulated the flex and ski performance at a level of sophistication that I’d never experienced. From the outside, they are the most boring skis I’ve ever had: flat, straight and even a monochromatic paint job. But they are also the most exciting ski I’ve ever stood on - provided they have a good tune and wax. The ski’s interaction with the snow is far more intimate than any ski I’ve ridden and when the edge is sharp and the wax is fast, the whole thing comes alive. With the non-toxic waxes now available, and skis that work way better with a fresh tune, I’ve changed my ways. Maximum tune? Bring it!

My history I started tuning sports equipment in my parents' basement when I was 12 years old. I started life in Nebraska and learned to ski and bike challenging routes in Estes Park, where I finished High School. These days I spend summers riding and swimming and winters skiing.
I have been riding both mountain bikes and road bikes since I was 16, starting in Estes Park.
