We realize life happens. We need you to remember starting a business is challenging at times. If you cancel your appointment 5 days before the meet date, we will refund half of your deposit less fees charged by Square (about 3% + $.30). Example, if you made a deposit of $10 for a basic tune, then cancelled, we will refund $4.55. If you cancel inside of 5 days of our "meet", you forfeit the deposit.
If you are unhappy with the tune you paid for, we will strive to make it right either by working on it one more time or offering a refund (less Square fees).
Abandoned Property
Bikes and property must be picked up at Clay street within 30 days of your drop off. Bikes and property NOT picked up within 30 days will be offered to Goodwill or disassembled to assist future customers. DON'T LEAVE BIKES WITH US FOR 30 DAYS OR MORE.
By making a deposit, customer agrees to hold harmless Alpenglow Bike and Ski, and Alpenglow Capital, LLC, for any misfortunes that may result from service or parts purchased through Alpenglow Bike and Ski. The Customer assumes all liability and understands there are inherent risks with cycling.
